The Reputation of Ibiza resident DJ Graham
Sahara continues to grow from strength to strength, with
a DJ'ing schedule taking around the world. Graham Sahara
has both lived and DJ'd in Ibiza for over a decade. In Ibiza,
during the 1990's, Dj Graham Sahara started the Club Konga,
was resident at Bar Zuka, played at both the Mezzanine Bar
and at Manumissions Pink Pussy Motel, and was soon invited
to play guest spots at the world renowned clubs Pacha-Ibiza
and El Divino.
By the Summer of 2000, DJ Graham Sahara's Club Konga wsa
being described as one one of the best small clubs on the
island (Dreamcast Rough Guide to Ibiza) and was hosting
Charlie Chesters epic "Continue" Party. Graham
Sahara was now officially on the map as one of Ibiza's most
repected DJs. Following this incredible 2000 summer season,
DJ Graham Sahara embarked on the international circuit playing
in Israel, Spain, Switzreland, U.K, Germany, Holland, France,
Belgium, Russia and the US. The following year he took Cape
Town by storm where he was the four month resident at Bora
Bora Cape Town and Baseline whilst also playing in all of
Cape Town's best clubs and was regularly featured on Good
Hope FM Radio.
For the past few years DJ Graham Sahara has been a resident
in Pacha-Ibiza's higghly regarded Funky Room "El Cielo",
KM5 and Cafe Guarana. He is also a weekly resident on Ibiza
Global Radio 97.6FM, Ibiza. He has been a resident or regular
guest in some of Ibiza's coolest prty spots and airwaves
such as the MTV Aquasonic Party, where he played the Main
Stage, El Divino, Bora Bora, Rock Bar, Underground, Cafe
Guarana, Base Bar, Savannahs and on Cadena Cien 89.1 FM
Ibiza.
DJ Graham Sahara has recently been instrumental
in compiling Pacha-Ibiza's "10 Years Of The Funky Room"
Anniversary CD and has also been involved with Aaron Ross's
BBC 1Xtra Soulful House Show. In November 2005, he demonstrated
his seamless mixing skills with a 3 hour set alongside legend,
Dj Laurent Garnier at the legendary Paradise Party in Belgium.
DJ Graham Sahara was recently featured in the well respected
Pacha-Ibiza Magazine, acknowledging that his name and reputation
is regarded as one of Ibiza's best. This year (2006) has
started off with great beginnings for DJ Graham Sahara.
He has joined up with Bargrooves-Seamless Recordings, one
of the UK's top and most respected House Music labels, as
a resident DJ and has compiled and mixed a CD compilation
for them. In conjuction with this project, DJ Graham Sahara
is currently mixing exclusive radio mixes for the Bargrooves
Show on Galaxy Radio UK including Live sets for the Galaxy
Radio Ibiza weekend.
DJ Graham Sahara recently finished producing
the track "Austin & Sahara - Free To Groove"
which was immediately picked up by Pacha Recordings. DJ
Graham Sahara has now embarked on an extensive tour beginning
February 2006 and will be playing venues in Brazil, Asia,
U.K, SPain and North America (including the Pacha Funky
Room Party at the Miami Winter Music Conference 2006). DJ
Graham Sahara combines his love and passion for House Music
with his decade long DJ'ing experience to deliver unforgettable
musical journets that have the perfect combination of ibicenco
style, spirit and a touch of individuality. Wherever he
